If you wish to gift the card to someone, fill in their details at checkout so they receive the card directly by email. Otherwise, it will be sent to you and you can forward it.
*The gift card is non-refundable, but items ordered with the card can be returned for an exchange or refund. Your card will then be re-credited.

France: 3 to 5 working days. Free delivery in mainland France from €150.

From France, we send you the return label: exchanges and store credit are free; return costs are deducted only in case of a refund.
From abroad, you send the parcel back with the carrier of your choice (tracked shipping recommended).
